No Refund Policy
- Service Packages:
- All service packages purchased from Nuest are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
- By purchasing a service package, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Requests:
- Cancellation of services can be requested within 24 hours of the purchase for review. However, refunds will not be issued.
- If a service has not yet commenced, we may offer to reschedule or provide a credit towards future services at our discretion.
Rescheduling Services
- Rescheduling Requests:
- Clients may request to reschedule their service appointment up to 2 weeks before the scheduled start time without penalty.
- Rescheduling requests made after 2 weeks of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
